AMAZING LIFESTYLE WITH BALANCED DIET:



Allah has created all the things of this world for the ultimate use of human and human can get uncountable benefits from these but if these are used in balanced. Excess of any thing may harm us so we should maintain balance in every field of our lives. 

Whenever we eat something, it affects our body. To keep our body healthy and vigorous we should focus over diet which must be full of right amount of nutrition. For this our diet must be balanced diet. Balance diet means eating such food items which contains Carbohydrates, Vitamins, Proteins, Mineral Salts, Fiber, Fats, Cholesterol, and refined sugar, because these things are crucial for healthy body.

CARBOHYDRATES: Deliver vigor to our body, without this our body cannot function well. Moreover if we don't take carbohydrates in sufficient amount then it will be the reason of fatigue for us. Our routine diet must have more than 50% of carbohydrates. We can take carbohydrates from dried fruits like apples, prunes, bananas, dates etc, but these items must be taken in moderate because these have high dietary fibers and numerous vitamins which may be the reason of sugar desire.

PROTEINS: Proteins are very necessary for our body to perform it regular and better functions as these help us to fight against many infections. These are essence that's found in all cells of the individual body. These help to protect body tissues and develop hair, skin, eyes, muscles and hormones. These are big sources of energy and forms antibodies that help to prevent the human from several diseases. These are found in meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs and many plant-based foods.

VITAMINS: Lack of vitamins in body can upset our health. The main sources of vitamins are Milk, Fruits, Vegetable Oils, Oats, and Wheat. For better health we should add the adequate amount of fruits, green vegetables, milk and eggs. 

WATER: Water is very necessary for our life and body. It is helpful in digesting the food and through using right amount of water we can save ourselves from diseases like dull skin, joint pains etc. We can also overcome on the problem of obesity by drinking proper amount of water. It must be our habit to drink 10 to 12 glass of water every day.

FATS: Some people have misapprehension that fats are harmful but facts are different as it protects our life supporting organs like liver and kidney. Fats play vital roles in building healthy cells, hormones, and healthier skin. 

MINERAL SALTS: Minerals like sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, sulfur, zinc etc. play very important role in right function of our body. As our body does not produce minerals itself, so we should select those food items such as nuts, grains, milk, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, iodized salt, almonds etc. because these are the sources of minerals.
